Key Fob availability in US

I bought a MYLR in June 2023 and I'm still waiting for the key fob to be restocked so that I can purchase one for my car. However, I have no idea when they will restock the key fob. I tried asking a mobile service technician and people at a showroom, but it seems like no one knows. I wonder if there is a supply issue or if something is affecting the availability of the item. Also, I'm looking forward to buying one, but I'm not sure if eBay is a good place to order it from.

It's been out of stock for a while. Perhaps Elon decided it's not the correct way to use a Tesla.

We bought at end of 2022 and I don't think I've ever seen it in stock.

Thought I would want one but have not missed it.

Try calling your local Tesla Service Center if they have them. I know my local service center does even thou online saids it is out of stock.

This out-of-stock status is frustrating for me too - I've got a fob on my Christmas gift list!

The phone key works well for me but a fob will help when I've got passengers and want to open all the doors upon approach, or open the trunk without having to take out my phone and use the app. As a petite woman, leaving the driver door unlock only setting enabled is important to me and the fob will be a good work-around when needed.
