I don't know but I hope it does. At least some ventilation from the front so that the rear can be used as a camper. Otherwise maybe install a PC DC fan in the rear of the cab and some ducting on a temperature switch?
Its probably more efficient to use the built in A/C for heating and cooling, but worse case you could add another HVAC system in the bed using the 110/220V. For heating even some radiative floor heating mats under the bed would work too otherwise.
