Cold climate - Warming car

Stupid question perhaps, do you need to warm your car if is below 30 F before you hit the accelerator fast? I mean, does the battery, the engine and etc need to be running for xx minutes before you run or accelerate fast? If the answer is yes, for a long you warm it before you drive. To make a better example, with gas engine, the engine car needs to be warm on the cold climate before you can accelerate fast.

There's no need to warm the car. However, warming the cabin for operator comfort is another story. Also if you set the charge start time so that it will finish about the time you start driving you'll have a much shorter time with limited regen.

When the battery is cold, you’ll notice limiting dots on the right side of the power meter below your speedometer. That indicates the software is limiting output to protect the battery.

Absolutely nothing different you need to do, give it the beans whenever you like. The car will not let you hurt it.
