This has been a problem since 2017 early production employee-only beta cars. SoCal design artifact.

Another reason for current-gen hardware 'failure in progress', otherwise known as Tesla Vision.

We might see some improvements when Giga-Shanghai and/or Berlin start to design cars or redesign components

The front-camera heating element is not exactly smart. It very often fails to kick on when the glass is fogging up. I think it is tied to HVAC setting.

Just another reason why FSD won't happen this year, next year, the year after that or anytime soon. The hardware needs to change.

Yup. It can’t even handle rain properly.

Couldn’t agree more. Current hardware will always be L2.
