Condo Parking in Underground Garage

My Condo Leadership is considering banning all EV's from parking in our garage located below the high rise.
Is this legal?
How should our EV's owners react?
Are there any laws addressing this topic?

Why? Do they think they all burst into flames or something? There are actually more ICE vehicles that catch fire than EV's.

Then I would ask them if they should have banned hybrid vehicles years ago, did they consider that being a problem?
And they also need to consider not allowing all battery powered electronic devices in the building, since they may have the same battery technology.
