CPO 2013 Model S 60 slower acceleration since purchased

It is not normal! I observed more than 300 KW few thousand miles ago.

The problem is that they simply don't accept anything non Tesla as proof. I showed them screenshot of power tools and they immediately replayed - this is not tesla app. Thankfully the dial on the dash freezes at 300 and one of the techs test drove it and admitted that it is low. We will see. Hope that they will fix it somehow

Can you share how Tesla resolved this? Im having similar problems with car.
