I was planning to drive my car across country but that will no longer be possible due to time constraints. Does anyone have a recommendation for a transport service from NYC to LA. I have a few quotes, around $1500-1800 for covered service.
I had my car transported by Tesla from LA to NYC and it arrived with a crack in the rear glass which Tesla replaced under warranty. I don't know if they used covered or non covered service.
Would you always choose covered or risk uncovered? If you use uncovered with something like a cracked windshield be covered by their insurance?
