You do not rename the file 'LockChime.wav'
Make sure the file is in 'wav' format and name it "LockChime"
Naming it 'LockChime.wav' creates a file named 'LockChime.wav.wav'
Took for hours to figure this out. Hope it helps!

You must have filename extensions hidden.

It's safer to turn off that setting. In addition to problems like this, it's important to see the filename extensions and not get tricked into opening a file with a full name like "GiftCard.jpg.exe".
Brain-dead Windows defaults that go back to when screens were 640x200 or something. One of the first things I do is turn that shiz off every time I have to setup a new Windows server (because Windows Server defaults to hiding extensions also!)
