Got an email from Tesla for "Cybertruck Vehicle to Home Survey".
In the email, it says "Your order is eligible for free Powershare Home Backup hardware—you just cover the installation cost." I thought the installation cost will be covered up to $4000?

I think only the Cyberbeast has that $4000 installation included. I have the dual motor and got the same email as you.

Can one of you verify with Tesla whether we will need to upgrade the Tesla wall connector to the Universal wall connector in order to PowerShare? Also report back here please.

I already have powerwall/gateway so I think the answer is no, but I’m hoping for verification because the Tesla website is vague.

It makes no sense to me. We are both paying $20,000 for the Foundation Edition, but the CyberBeast gets the free installation.
