Dead Roadster 2.5 in Norway

Short story, PEM died, Tesla replaced it, and the battery died while waiting.

Picked up my car, since the options I got from Tesla was ship the battery to Tesla US for repair, or order a 3.0 battery.

If anyone has any info on how to order the BMB PCBs from Nick and the connectors, chargers and so on to make them work, I'm able to assemble them and give it a try.

Now, I replaced the 12v battery, and connected a battery tender to supply it with 12v. I get headlights and hazard lights, but the rest of the car is dead. I have measured 13.78V at the 30A fuse under the hood, and the same at the headlight fuses. But the rest of the car shows 0.41V.

The service disconnect is out, does it need to be in to get the rest of the car to work? I mean, doors, display, stereo, windows....

if it died in Tesla's hands, shouldn't they foot the bill for getting the car running again?

Ordered the BMB probes from China PCB Prototype & Fabrication Manufacturer - PCB Prototype the Easy Way, after a chat, they told me to just zip the folder and select 100x100 and pick the colors I wanted for the board. They would adjust the rest from the drawings if I attached the zip file.

All the connectors are available from https://www.mouser.com/.

Next part of the pussle, what charger to use? How to limit the voltage and amps to 100mA. What voltage should each cell reach before the onboard charger will allow charging?
