Why not just email the Manager (not some guy who could not care less) about not keeping the key so close to the car and the importance of plugging in at least about once a week to maintain SOC.

What is it you don't understand. You sold the car. It's not yours. Remotely accessing the car is no different than accessing a computer that doesn't belong to you.
But my question has not been answered ... when does Tesla remove a car from ones account? Anyone know?

Thank you for asking. Yes, I removed my Home location, Homelink settings and all navigation recently driven to locations. Driver name.
Made sure fart mode and dog mode were active JK

Minor reason I sold it was due to my moving back to Europe ... you cannot take it overseas ... voids warranty.
Are you saying it moved from Silicon Valley to the Ukraine?
