I agree with this. Folks have provided a nice list and links of things to look at, but I would recommend driving it for a couple of weeks to see if/what you want to change. Examples: I ended up thinking the rear view mirror is fine and don’t see need for screen protector. So far, I kinda like the stock center console, but i’m sure that could change if/when I see scratches. If I had little kids I would wrap it ASAP. For me, top on my list was window tint.
Fully agree. IMO only the memory stick, and mats are a must. Everything else (including Wheel cap kit) is a matter of personal choice and only you can decide after driving for a couple of weeks.
Don't forget windshield washer fluid because it's going to be a long time before you need to bring your car in for service so you are going to have to refill the tank yourself.

Pretty much none of that above list is essential. Covering up your auto-dimming rear-view mirror with a plastic crappy one?! What?! Also those open-door protectors are hideous. Jeez.

The front tray.
USB for dashcam. I have wifi one to work with iPhone app.
Floor mats. I bought Tesla carpeted ones.
Front trunk mat. I use the frunk a lot.
Moonroof sunscreen. Too much sun gets through without the screen.

Well here's what I thought was important enough to buy. More or less in the order they got bought.
PPF/ceramic coat/console wrap, early in ownership and biggest expense. Was top on my list as soon as the work could be done. For me this was #1.
Before car arrived: 3D Maxpider Kagu mats, full set for interior and frunk and trunk; a Rola Cargo organizer which I wish fit in the lower trunk area like on our MS but great for quickly popping up and storing grocery bags (and other things) in the trunk cargo area. Mats, particularly interior, would definitely be #2.
From Chojin's son and friends, cupholder rings, a console waste basket and a 3/4 sunglass tray. Ordered early before my car arrived.
Set of glass and waterless car body wash with micro cloths. For those nasty bird droppings and bee poop between car washes.
During rainy season ended up buying the fob and fob cover with key ring.
Two USB-A to USB-C card readers and two microSD cards for TelsaCam/Sentry mode. Unexpected dashcam features that should be taken advantage of.
More recently a Tesla front roof sun shade.
Extra key cards.
A 12v 60W car vac.
Last thing I ordered just this week was a HeatShield for the windshield.

Also one I haven't seen anyone mention- the Abstract Ocean upgraded LED interior lights for the trunk and glovebox (I don't think the door/footwell ones are worth bothering with, but the other ones make a big difference)

I just picked up a set of pucks and was not impressed by the Amazon pricing. I ended up doing some searching and came up with this site:

A set of 4 costs $22.99 or $8.99 each. With shipping I paid about $30 for a full set, still much better pricing than Amazon. They arrived in a couple of days and are good quality.
I picked up the 3D MaxPider mats, but went with the Tesla frunk and trunk mats. I purchased a few extra UMC power adapters from the Tesla store, just in case I’d never need them (5-20, 14-30 and I think one other). I also purchased a Covercraft custom car cover, with a velcro flap for the charging port and mesh around the air intake/exhaust points so the car can charge while covered. I have an outdoor parking space under a tree in my condo’s parking lot and without a cover the car would just end up covered in bird excrement and tree debris.

The one I got from Amazon was like $14 with free shipping.. Don't know if I need more than one of them but figure one is better than none..
