Delivery Questions

I ordered my car last week. On Monday I logged into my account and saw my delivery was scheduled for tomorrow. I need to push back the date until the weekend. I have called twice and still waiting for a call back. I also have not been given wiring instructions for payment. Is this normal? No VIN provided. When does someone actually call you? Thanks.

It's wild that it's hard to get someone on the phone to confirm your delivery for tomorrow!

I would wait to talk to a human or at least an interactive e-mail if I were you.

You will get a call and perhaps even an email. Your car could be in process delivery to the Tesla store for their cleanup and customer setup and that’s why you don’t have a vin or payment instructions.

The date on your account, is likely a placeholder, not an actual delivery date. Believe you me, they will get their payment first!

Ordered my car last Friday. I was on the freeway and my wife noticed a truck carrying a lot of M3 going in the direction to our service center.
We’re hoping one of the cars is ours.

However online it says prepare for delivery with no VIN to be found. I check the source code Thai morning.
