How long does it take Tesla to assign the VIN after you have completed all the steps?
It's only been 5 days and I'm already getting impatient lol

Enjoy the excruciating journey! Delivery times vary as it depends on your build detail, where you live, any extenuating circumstances, etc. I

If you’re in California it should be relatively quick if you’ve completed the needed steps prior to delivery.

It took 5 days for me to get my VIN after I put in the order. About a 2 1/2 weeks until I took delivery. The wait was a struggle but I killed time watching a lot of videos and learning a lot about my vehicle.

When I placed the order, the site said 4-8 weeks. I actually got it 15 days (July 29) after I placed the order (Denver).
