Indeed a SC in Gravenhurst would be ideal as that is ~160km from Toronto and would service all the Muskokas and the Algonquin / Lake of Bays crowd. Leaves the parry Sound vacationers in the lurch. One around Parry Sound comfortably opens up Sudbury / Killarney travel. Of course if you own a place then you would pull a 15-40 into your garage and you are good to go but for the many to just travel there it is a stretch right now.
