Destination to Tesla app: "Sent to 0085322"

When I send a destination to the Tesla from Google or Apple Maps, it is confirmed with a popup that says "Sent to 0085322".

What is that number and why doesn't it use the name of the car (which I left at the factory setting, so it's just called "Model Y")?

It’s the last 6 digits of your VIN.

Why you can’t change it, I don’t know.

Mine does use the name of the car. It says "Shared with Gonzo".

Maybe you need to change the name of your car from the default?

I'm on iOS. No change across all the versions of iOS I've had.

I changed the name of the car and my iPhone still shows "Sent to 0085322".

Maybe a difference between the China vs US made MYs...?
