Does reliability and success of smart summon depend on cellular signal strength? What other factors are involved that contribute to the reliability and success of smart summon? GPS signal, Bluetooth signal etc?

Yes, both your car and your mobile need good internet and GOS connectivity.

That’s definitely the case for me - phone has good coverage but car doesnt can cause drops and delays in starting a summon

I have the same poor cellular coverage problem making advanced summons pretty much a no go at my house.
