I'm on my 2nd one now, it does get warn and the quality is not robust for years of use. But it fits the 5 seater MX perfect and has 2 loops that go around the front seat head rests. I think Evannex & Amazon has them.

Have driven our Doberman and Labrador around in my wife's model S many times without anything like what you're describing. That said, you also have more sky visible -- our Labrador wouldn't notice, but our Doberman actually pays attention to "up" and would notice things whizzing by up there if we had an X.

Do let us know if she calms down after a couple more trips!
