Glad to hear progress has finally been made, mcfadyena!
Hopefully Tesla will roll this remedy into regular production in order to spare future owners the misery you suffered. And a TSB for current owners as well.
Great news! I am looking forward to a standard fix from Tesla for next winter! They just replaced my triangle windows and they seem better but will have to wait for -20C next winter to fully test.
With the return of some colder temps I am feeling worse drafts from the triangle windows in the wind. I think when they replaced my triangle windows they undid my draft sealing work. I will await a proper fix from engineering for next winter.

In my case they just added some foam in the seal which might have helped a little but when its really cold i can feel my left hand getting cold. Anyone came up with any DYI solution?
Unfortunately as our cars get older, the new ones have many new updates, and our fix it ship is sailing away. Just imagine if the cabin was super insulated how much better our range would be in the winter!
I had that issue earlier this Winter. I was getting cold air through the rear passenger door handles inside as well as the speakers.Anyone sitting in the back, freezes.
I brought it in and they said they couldn't find any issues. I'll have to pursue it again.
