Drivers Licence image

Hi All,

Has anyone encountered any issues uploading the licence image? I'm able to get my front/back and the back of my wifes licence but it just won't accept the front image, just hangs on that point.

Wondering if anybody else has experienced similar.

Ran into that this weekend. Closed the browser tab (not the whole browser) and re-opened it, and it worked.

I had to turn off live photo option on my iPhone and take the pic again.

Could try reducing the megapixel size of the picture before taking it in case there's a size limitation. I didn't have any issues with my Galaxy S8

Got it to work after 3 machines, edge, chrome and finally firefox on the 3rd machine and it uploaded... Weird that it was only that one image that wouldn't upload. All good now though.

All my documents show complete, but there is no way to add my drivers license, or insurance. Anyone else experience this?

Follow up. I received the call from my delivery specialist today and was able to send my drivers license and insurance information directly to him.

Yeah I had the same problem and eventually got it to work. But don't panic if you can't get it done. Once you are contacted by the sales advisor, you'll be able to email images directly to them.

I finally got it to go on Firefox. I tried 4 computers and to phones and the only thing that worked was Firefox on a computer I had tried before.
