DRL tap for LED strip

Hey all. Forgive me if my googling skills have failed me on this one, but I am looking for help determining where I can find wiring for the switched 12v for DRL. Looking to install a scanning LED strip under the hood (similar unit linked below) but struggling with figuring out where to tap into power!
