I have a 2022 M3P and would love to do this BUT so frighten of, if anything went wrong with the suspension, It will not be covered by Tesla's warranty. Even if it was a Tesla part.

ST and KW have been in business for over 25 years, with KW being exclusive partners with BMW's Motorsport division. They would not release a product that was not properly tested or unsafe, in fact - they are much better quality and performance much better than your OEM suspension components.
Granted we're not installing 4-way suspension systems on street-driven Teslas, but this technology does trickle down to all kits in the product line.

But bottom line is: If something goes wrong with any Tesla part in the suspension system, it will not be covered by Tesla, even if all that was installed was lowering springs, correct?

Impossible to give a blanket statement as every situation and SC is different. If you're worried about warranty, simply wait to mod until your warranty has lapsed.

N2itive has designed these control arms to give you the freedom to dial in the ideal alignment for track or on the street to address the common inner tire wear issues that the Tesla Model 3 and Y are known for. These are even more critical if you’re planning to install these on a lowered Tesla or a high mileage Tesla. Our adjustable camber arms will allow you to add or remove rear camber to your liking. Either for optimal track or street wheel alignment. These are a much improved direct drop-in replacement for the original Tesla rear camber arms and come preset to the length of the original non-adjustable arms.
