I contacted all the recommended installers on the Tesla website and they (Sega electric) were the only ones that contacted me back - then they were able to come the next day and the install seemed to go pretty well. The installer at first didn’t know where the installation hardware was (it was inside the case of the charger) which indicated he hadn’t installed the newest version of charger before... but I think in general it’s fairly straightforward and any certified electrician could do it.
