Will Tesla re introduce enhanced autopilot? How will I know when it is available?

No one can answer this for you. I believe the last time they offered it was around this same time last year for $4K. Now with subscription FSD, I think it is unlikely unless it appeared in subscription form. Last year they sent out an email when it was offered.

Tesla will not disclose this kind of future plan - you will know only when they actually introduce it - if they ever do. If they announce in advance it will affect their sales adversely ...

No, should have been more specific. I meant to say when this thing finally is rolled out to the fleet in full…may still be in beta. Will it provide any additional features for those with autopilot only? I would think the UI might change for all vehicles but that’s just a guess.

I wouldn’t expect new features for basic AP, but I would expect basic AP to benefit from any performance improvements in FSD. For example, fewer phantom braking incidents for those that experience them now.

I just saw it as well and it's a lot more intriguing to me now that it's half off... I don't necessarily care about autopilot on city. Can you upgrade from EAP to FSD by paying the difference?

This is exactly what we pay in Norway minus 50%. Been like that for a long time. EAP 29.800 NOK, FSD 59.600.
1 USD = 9.90 NOK.

Yeah when I saw its release in New Zealand a few days ago the price worked out to about $3500 USD. I would have upgraded immediately at that price. But at $6k....not so much. Really seeing a number over 5k was a turn off.

It's crazy. It actually belittles the Autopilot on city feature to only $6k value when that's always been the hail mary of the FSD package. That should be $10k and EAP $2k (the combined $12k). But hey, at least this helps me not spend any money on a update right away!

I really want lane change on turn signal. Summon would be nice to have a couple times a year. That said, $6K???…. Would have had me at $4K or under
