I've had a couple of trucks roll coal on me, but generally it's pretty easy to speed up and leave them in the dust.

Driving a Tesla has come with kind of a weird unintended effect where some people act like a douche bag towards you simply for the car you drive. I even had one road-raging lunatic follow me around until I waved down a Sheriff's Deputy.
