2021.32.22 indicates that you have FSD but not a Beta tester. I believe this is the latest firmware for this particular group.

Those on 32.22, if opted into the Beta/Safety Score Pool, will not receive updates. If you want all the new cool stuff, you need to opt out of the Beta Pool.

I’m right there with you, I’ve been stuck for over a month. Driving in LA and traffic I’ll personally never get a good score. In all honesty trying to drive like a saint takes all the fun out of driving a Tesla. No update in over a month, is the longest period I’ve ever gone without an update personally.
