New refresh designed Model S & X, between 2016 Nov and 2017 April manufactured.

Life time free supercharg
New designed
Upgradable for FSD, due to full autopilot computer.

Unfortunatley, this unicon include mine shown poor software updated compare to other fleets.

Is it Tesla's deliberate intention??? Im very suspicious???

What do you think of this issue??

Im still stuck in 2023.26.12 version since September 2023.

Teslafi flashed up available update for identical vehicles in the fleet for 2024.44.30.8 for a couple of days so I got excited thinking maybe my car would update soon, to no avail as Teslafi has gone back to 2023.26.12 is the latest update available for your vehicle

Been stuck on 2023.26.12 since September too - 2016 MS90D HW3, but crucially (I think) HW2 cameras as they only upgraded to HW2.5 cameras in the US when they installed the HW3 chip. My theory is that 2023.26.12 might be the limit for HW2 cameras..?

He has FSD and a hardware 3 upgrade. He has opted into Beta, but cant get most of the newer features with the older software. Service has told him that his software is current. I can't see how at almost two years old!

What MCU have those that haven't got updates got? Is it MCU1 owners only or a mix of MCU2 and MCU1 owners?

I have MCU2 but no cameras other than the reversing camera.

Out of interest, how much are they charging for the updated cameras and what happened to make you ask them to do it?

Free upgrade if you have purchased FSD I asked last year for the camera update but they wouldn’t do it as FSD Beta had no timeline for release here, but now the option to book the update came up on the Tesla app so I tried again and they booked it in. Hopefully this could mean that FSD Beta in the UK has a timeline now

I've had the HW3 upgrade on my 2017 MX for more than a year now.

Still stuck on the old software (2023.26.12) and am being told that it's the latest available for my car

Best put in a request to have your cameras upgraded then, as that seems to be the configuration limiting factor. Unless Tesla Service did something else to dislodge the stuck firmware edition of Baldwalker’s.

Which helpfully does nothing to clear up whether the cameras make software available, or if camera upgrade just necessitates software upgrade as part of their process - and that they have the ability to upgrade beyond customer version availability.
