I finally saw one a couple days ago, supercharging at Town Square. It was a blue one so it was probably that Vegas employee's. The owner was sitting in it and I didn't want to bug him (and it was at night), so no pics. You all know what a blue Model 3 looks like, anyway.

I saw a blue one in the Vegas service center with the 19s. I asked if I could look at the car and they got a little defensive and told me "legally we cannot allow you to see this car". Weirdest excuse I have ever heard.
