My earlier message cutoff- since I have to renew my financing, I am thinking of delaying a little bit because I really want a 2024 at this point or does everyone think that they will assign a VIN based on order verses financing clear?

Wow. I thought offers were good for 60 days. Looks like mine will expire soon then.

I believe I saw another post a few weeks ago where somebody had an incomplete financing application but Tesla kept his place. Might wanna confirm with Tesla directly.

I ordered on the 11th and my last EDD update was on the 19th. 10/30-12/11.

Yes, they should be able to look it up and give you the build date for your VIN
