I have several late model Tesla’s and I love the free supercharging as a free perk in return for parting with so much of my cash. If priorities are the discussion shouldn’t we consider what Tesla is thinking when selling a $100k car and then still being worried about charging those few extra bucks?;)

I mean no other car manufacturer on the planet pays for fuel cost for you when you buy their cars. Even a $200k lambo doesn't come with "free unlimited gas"

Did you read what I commented on? Some EV’s Manufacturers have paid for free electric in the form of charging cards and actually a couple years ago I remember Hyundai/Kia gave out gas cards. I believe VW and Nissan had free programs, I’m not sure if in all markets or if they are still current and as Tesla drops free Supercharging it seems less likely they will continue. Since some used Tesla’s have free supercharging and some don’t my comment was in regards to how much nicer it feels to get the perk of "free" electric. My point was that no matter how much money is in your pocket it is still nice to receive a perk. Obviously Tesla calculated a value of the perk and it was actually paid for by the buyer like any other perk. I was pointing out the irony of someone saying the buyer shouldn’t worry about the cost when buying as opposed to the seller not worrying about the cost when selling. It seems the perspective changes depending on whose pocket the money comes out of.

I feel part of Tesla “money woes” plays into the amount of money they footing the bill installing the supercharging network. Agreed that it’s an amazing perk yet Tesla offers! With the amount of model 3s rolling out and if each one drops $3.50 a day (ball parking crazy here) it would still take Tesla many years to try to recoup money spent.

So it looks like it's official. This email came this morning. I bought this car only 3 months ago. If anyone is interested send me a PM and we can work out a deal. The car is pristine.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us at Tesla today. I apologize for the delayed response.

If you sell you Model X the car would not still have supercharging.
