Ft. Wayne, IN Charging

I need to go to Ft Wayne next week for work. Does anyone know of hotels or other facilities that offer charging nearby? Any experience with the Nissan dealership up there if I could grab a hotel near to them?

Plugshare.com shows a few J1772 charging stations at the big hospital complex on the northside (Park View Med Center). It looks like there are two hotels nearby.

RV Parking.com shows campgrounds with 50 Amp service in Huntington and FT. Wayne. Be sure to call to verify they have 50 A and that they will let you charge.
