Gen 3 Charging fails after update to 2020.20.12

I have a 2020 Model X and a Gen 3 charger that has worked well until recently. After updating my software to ver. 2020.20.12, I get frequent "charging interrupted, check power source" messages. If I unplug the car and then plug it back in to the charger, it will charge for a few minutes before I get the message again. This did not happen before the update last week.

Has anyone else noticed this issue - especially after updating to 2020.20.12?

I'm not sure you have enough data to declare with certainty that the update caused the problem. Of course it is possible, but I'd try to debug it as an outlet or power issue.

Is the voltage stable during the few minutes it is charging?

Thanks for these suggestions.

First, I agree that at this point I have a coincidence (between download and HPWC issues), not a correlation.

Second, I will try the reboot as that seems to be the easiest fix. I have never rebooted the car. I am aware that there are several levels of reboot. Boaterva, which level of reboot do you suggest following a software update?

Third, I have also learned that the issue could be loose connections in the HPWC. I am told that this can be addressed by removing the cover and tightening the bolts that make a connection to the line in from the breaker. Will try that if the reboot does not work.

Thanks again
