Except that Tesla is well on its way toward its goal and Audi, as usual, is very good at making announcements. Maybe progress will speed up when its executives get out of jail...
We don't really know how far along Audi or other competitors are along their path. They normally do not disclose their progress until they are in volume production.

FUD Fighter Alert
Thank you to all of those dedicated TMC members who have bravely ventured over to twitter to fight FUD with facts.
Perhaps this helped to a small degree with the post earnings call SP recovery?
So how’s the vibe on twitter at the moment? I asked one very dedicated TMC FUD fighting tweeter. This was his response:-

“Yes, the momentum has strengthened in the last few week, and more importantly, it is now diversified. This is important, because FUDsters can easily discredit one person, but it is exponentially more difficult to do so if the momentum is diversified. I now think the Twitter community is now well-informed.”

So, if you have a few minutes each day then hop on over th twitter and join the fun. You will recognise lots of old friends over there.

You never know but TMC ordinary folk might be the catalyst for Elon’s predicted slow burn.

Do any of you have flame throwers?

What I have come to realize is that the real impact of fud on Twitter is not consumers and not even retail investors. The biggest impact seems to be on journalists. They seem to follow the conversation and echo the crap from the fudsters. They assume that is what people think, so the slant their articles that way. Since expending some efforts on Twitter over the last month or so, I can see a change in momentum and a frustration from bears. Even some of them questioning their positions and agreeing to quit Twitter if Tesla is profitable Q3-Q4.

That some time, search and follow $tsla and knock down some fud. Make sure you include $tsla in your tweets. You will find them deprived of facts and mostly emotionally/anger driven. There are a 100 people in this board that post daily that are smarter then me and would destroy these fools. TweetDeck is the easiest way to following along with $tsla because you can search and add the results as a column. You can also setup multiple accounts and monitor them in one place. Please follow @valueanalyst1 and @Rec1pr0city for examples. VA is nice and I'm a jerk, so you probably want to be more like VA.

Thanks for all your efforts! I have seen a change in the $TSLA slant since everyone began fighting back via twitter last month. I encourage anyone who is a supporter of Tesla to help in the fight.

Tesla May Be Trampled by CATL in China

'Chinese regulators last month approved the company’s application for a $2 billion initial public offering that would value it at more than $20 billion. Funds raised will be used to double production capacity to around 36 gigawatt-hours.'

Hm, what does that make the Gigafactory worth?

Exactly. A fully operational GF1 would be worth north of $60B alone at 105GWh. That makes today's version of the GF1 worth $20B alone. That is not the only data point. VW is committed to $50B in battery orders between 2020 and 2025 or up to a million EVs. Its pretty easy to see how valuable the GF1 really is.

since it does not exist, just like "Tesla Mobility", Adam Jonas would probably give it $103 per share.

I dont want to be rude, but its funny if you think that you make any kind of difference. And thats nothing against you, the shorts posting on twitter dont make any difference either.

And regarding facts: For example Tesla Charts creates nearly all his charts from 10-k and 10-q Filings. These numbers are as real as can be. I have never seen someone countering his "emotional, anger driven, fact-less claims". You can disagree with the meaning of these numbers, an about expectations about the future, but you can not disagree about numbers from official SEC Filings.
In my experience, most bears (definitely not all of them) argue with official numbers, and most counter arguments on Twitter are "FUD" "Shorter" "Short Burn coming soon". Thats no argument.

Also, your efforts have not changed the mind of any bear on twitter. They agreed to delete their accounts IF something specific happens. These things have not happened yet, and the people posting it are convinced they will never happen. So no one has changed his mind.

But keep up the good work and preach to the infidels about Tesla

From the interview, footages and video shows it happened in a neighborhood, not a freeway so AP was definitely not on imo. Tragic though, 18 year olds and speed don’t mix up too well. Neighbors claim drivers speed like crazy down that street.

Witness says the car spun out at very high speed. I'm pretty sure it's impossible for autopilot to spin out.

Tesla charts will soon be a bull. This is because he has to jump through some crazy hoops to make things look bad for Tesla and he knows it. He cherry picks data points and uses less then useful time frames for his charts to hide the facts. Any good chartest would look at short, medium and long term. Why is that critical? Because Tesla has grown at over 50% YoY for a decade. This is a very hard fact to avoid and Tesla charts is a very smart guy and very good at avoiding it. It doesnt make him right, it makes him deceptive. I know he is being deceptive because he does not offer any information that would skew positive for Tesla. There are zero companies on this planet where you cannot find some positives.

I assume these guys are either paid, or heavily invested because of how much time and effort they put in. Take someone like Montana Septic. Supposedly a Yale graduate that manages $2B fund, yet he spends all day on Twitter bashing Tesla. All Day. How many of you would keep your job if you did that? My guess is that it is his job. He has his entry financial future invested in the destruction of Tesla. If he was invested elsewhere, he would be focusing his efforts there. Sames goes for MBS and Tesla charts. There bias comes from their investment so you cannot trust their opinion. But the casual investor that happens bye and see this filth, they dont get that. They do not understand here the bias comes from. It comes from losing money for the past 5 years trying to short Tesla from $30 to over $300. I would probably turn into an absolutely lunatic if I did that as well.

At the end of the day its real simple. People are willing to pay for growth. They are willing to take risks on growth. They are not willing to take risks on companies growing at 3% a year with $150B in debt like Ford. They are all looking for the next $AAPL and $AMZN and they have found it.

For those interested in fighting out right falsehoods on Twitter, all I ask is 10 tweets a day. Find FUD, counter FUD. Same thing goes for if you find something negative that is real. Demand better from Tesla, they are not perfect. My issues is that there is so much False information spread and it is impacting the mindset of people, mostly Journalists and media types. Most Fudsters have few followers and they only get read because they tag along with $TSLA's popularity.

I’m in, been fighting FUD in the comment section of articles. Another three months of fighting then we should be good. TMC members please do whatever you can.

I have to agree. Not to discourage anyone but looking at some of the tweets in the last 24 hours of @Rec1pr0city they have single digit likes and retweets. Basically no one is seeing these and they are having zero impact. Have fun with it but don't expect any actual results.

"There are three kind of lies: lies, damned lies an statistics."

Dont believe all what @Teslacharts present. He cherry pick and distort.. not always, but often.

Misinformation campaign is surely discouraging customers and investors alike. If it doesn't matter, why is there any financing to support FUD? Naturally, @justvisiting is trying to discourage bulls from contributing.

I didn't say there is no misinformation campaign, just that your efforts on twitter have no impact. The numbers don't lie, I looked at your tweets as well, mostly single digit likes and retweets. No one is paying attention.

The shorts are not gonna like or retweet, so there goes 80% of sample population ..
Also, the FUDsters must be realizing that their thoughts are now getting challenged and reciprocated ;)
