Anyone received quotes for PPF, ceramic coating, or tinting in anticipation of their delivery?

I don’t think that’s worth it to be honest with you man. I think I’m just going to tint my windows and call it a day

tint was $250-300 front windows and $350 for the windshield

I have a friend with a MY he got last year and he got front bumper for $350.

Another with a M3 quoted me 2k for the entire car not just the front.

i will do the front bumper if its just that

There is also that SolarTintService Korean place on Pleasant Hill Rd. Since a lot of PPF and tints are made in Korea, they normally have some good stuff. Way back when I got my windows tinted there for a VW GTI.

I just received a text from a SA asking me to provide a VIN if I plan on trading in my vehicle. 1st time the SA has contacted me since ODD.

Hopefully means delivery date and VIN assignment is close.

Tesla Decatur asked to move my delivery from Friday May 13 to Sunday May 15.

The car is scheduled to arrive in Decatur on Friday. Hopefully this is it.

Got a very competitive trade in offer from Tesla. Much higher than Carvana/Vroom/Cargurus. The offer from Driveway was the best. With the ad valorem tax savings from having the trade in on my bill of sale, the Driveway value is only $632 higher. Is it worth it to go with Driveway over Tesla?

It's sure is seamless with Tesla. Has the car been inspected and offered by driveway, if yes, just a matter of collecting the check, why lose $632.

Think that's important, when they inspect, sometimes they lower the offer. Close that out before you decide.
