Got a call for delivery

I ordered 1/31/2020. Saw my VIN through source code Sunday . Got a call Monday afternoon letting me know that I was matched with a VIN and that it will be loaded in the truck in the afternoon and will arrive the next day to my delivery center. Few minutes after, local center called me to schedule delivery. Delivery date would be Friday. I ordered blue/black, 19 inch Gemini wheels. The trade in value of my model s remained the same. And delivery specialist said that since the MVPA was already made, that means they honored the value they previously gave me.
 
I saw my VIN last night by looking at the source (VIN 68xx) but still haven't heard anything from Tesla. What was the timeframe from discovering the VIN through source and a call/text from Tesla? I have a delivery specialist but she doesn't seem to respond to emails or voicemails
 
I think I got a call too...but I astutely assumed it was just another scammer and I picked up and hung up. I bee so smaht.

I did get a follow up email saying my phone was not working so there's that.

The email indicated the car is being prepared for shipment to Warwick, RI and should arrive the middle of June:)

Should be fun.
 
Just got my text for a June 4 delivery. I'm about to head to the showroom to see the two MYs they have on the lot. I'd like to see one in person before scheduling delivery.

Somewhat surprised to see lower VIN MYs (1386 and 1799) just sitting in the lot covered with dust. They said they were spoken for so I couldn't sit in them. I wonder why they aren't delivered? There are some panel gap issues, but nothing major that I saw.

Me, too! Pearl White, AWD LR, black interior, FSD, 19". Appointment scheduled for 11 AM at the Macadam Service Center. This was just two days after Tesla main office in Palo Alto called and my VIN (#60XX) was assigned. When I got a call from Macadam today, they said the car would be arriving with them tomorrow (Thursday) and they would spend the next two days looking it over, cleaning it up, etc before I take delivery on Saturday. I told them I was definitely going to look closely at it, given the quality control issues and factory restart last week, but I am SO EXCITED. :)

Glad for you but WTF!!! I ordered a MY PUP Blue/white with FSD back in Jan 2020 and still nada, other than the same generic email most everybody got. Nothing in my account, no texts, no calls, no other emails... Unreal. I have no idea what Telsa is doing to fulfill these, must be drawing tickets from a hat or something because when you ordered and ordering the highest priced versions obviously mean nothing. I keep on seeing others who ordered later than me getting calls and VINs yet nothing for me. Before it was the white interior holding it up, but now they are shipping those so I am more confused than ever. I even filled out the info in my account that time to say no trade and pay in cash, thinking that would sweeten the deal and speed up the process. If anybody can figure this out, let me know. :confused:

ha, day one order with $2500 deposit (i mean, free loan), still no delivery. Get in line :)
