Great Service Experience, at the Atlanta Briarcliff location!!

I just took delivery of a new Model Y and noticed an air sound while driving like something wasn’t closed. I still believe that a new car shouldn’t have an issue like this but there’s nothing I can do except make a service request. Well today I took my car into the Atlanta-Briarcliff service center and they did a ride along and confirmed that the car shouldn’t sound like that. They also said that they were gonna be “real” with me and say that the fix will take until Tuesday. I asked if I could have some Uber credits to get me back home and they asked if I’d prefer a loaner instead. I didn’t expect a loaner but I definitely accepted. Every tech and the manager I interacted with was very nice and accommodating. They didn’t try and dismiss me and tried to confirm my problems. I’ll update this when I get the back, but good so far!
