hah, I wonder if the OP works at the Mark Center in Alexandria ... seems to be describing our parking situation. 
anyway, my problem is slightly different ... all the 2016 Teslas are well above the bar, but they simply do not list the P100D. I guess it's too new. I'm gonna just argue that it's a "2016 Model S" and see if that flies.
