Guiding brackets for quick connection phone dock

I don't have this either. I also have to take my phone out of the case for it to work. The lightning adapter won't work with cases.

Same issue here. I at least thought to mention to the DS that I had an Android phone so he swapped out the connector but didn't install or include the guiding rails. I'll have to see if I can pick some up.
