Had my model 3 alloys powder coated

I’ve had my model 3 for a month now and I decided to get my alloys powder coated because I’m not a fan of the silver.

They are dark grey satin and I’m very happy with the result! Next job is to get the chrome wrapped to match.

To answer peoples questions:
  • They cost about £100 each
  • I don’t know the specific colour code. I believe they are Tesla sonic carbon grey with a satin top coat instead of gloss. I let them choose and I’m very happy I did

I just went the opposite direction this week and removed the Sonic Grey Twin Turbine 21’s and installed new Silver Arachnid 21’s on our new Blue Model S. I think the blue, silver and red caliper combo looks awesome. I remember seeing a Blue Performance 3 getting delivered and always really liked the combo.
