No. Not in any manner that would be less costly than just purchasing a new car.

I think technically yes, but economically, it's prohibitive, so practically, no.

The 2 designs are different so you have to gut the old design and retrofit with the new one.

The old one uses the motor to heat the battery and the cabin uses a traditional air conditioner / resistive heater.

I won't be surprised that it would cost more than a brand new Model S Plaid or 2 or much more than that just to hire someone to do that.
