HELP!!! Adapter stuck.

The adapter won’t come out. I don’t see an emergency tab.
Unlocked the port with the app it’s doing nothing.

Experts help me!

Yes. Thanks. Turns out the release latch on the 2018 is a little different.

Thanks. This is the one that got stuck and it cost $40. I see on Amazon some for much cheaper.

Tried this. Didn’t work. Light stayed blue and adapter stayed stuck.

I was going to recommend a hacksaw and a pair of rubber gloves. Glad you got it fixed.

It wasn’t just a one-off event of it getting stuck? I’ve had even the stock one get stuck a few times due to timing/handshake of when I release the L2 handle. Just plugged the handle back in or used the app to force unlock (I know you tried that).

Come to think of it… I may have an extra adapter. Long ago, I thought I had left it attached to a ChargePoint handle while traveling so bought another one. Discovered later it had just rolled into the dark abyss of the lower trunk compartment. PM me if you’re interested.
