Help with delaying delivery

Hi, I’m currently deployed and get back to the states in early May then going on a road trip late May. I’m planning on ordering a Model X and timing it just right where I can have it for my trip. My concern is if it arrives too early and I’m not there, it will get reassigned. 3 days to pick up from what I heard? So how do I go about choosing a delivery date that works best where this won’t happen. Thanks!

Easiest way is to pay for the car in full. That should cement it to you pretty solidly.
