HOT! Supercharger Cable

Ever see this?

Went to super charger last night; it was maybe 85F out. Ran from 10-80 at 140 for almost the whole session (nice considering station max is 150 and it was 90% full)

Anyway, plug was almost painfully hot to the touch as was the cable itself.

Car sounded like it was conditioning the whole way home. The buzz noise.

Everything seems fine; checked service mode, nothing screaming “help.”

Just concerned with all the troubles I’ve had with this car.

Normal on V2 supercharger. If the handle gets too hot the system will sense this and reduce the charge power. Some folks will carry a damp rag to put on the handle to cool it and return to full power.
