How are the 3D MAXpider floor mats holding up?

Are you using the stock cloth mats underneath? I took mine out before installing these mats. Holding up fine over the winter.

I was a bit concerned that one day they had a bunch of water from melted snow, then a few days later there was none. I thought it might have leaked through, but when I looked underneath there was no sign of leakage. I guess it all evaporated.

The stock mats have been removed (they were absolutely terrible).

I think my biggest issue is as a gap formed between the door sill and the mat, I occasionally snag them with my shoes getting in the car making the matter worse (and shifting the mat a little). I don't think it is quite to the point of being a manufacturing defect - probably just need to remove the mat for a couple days and lie them down upside down. Hopefully, that will allow them to reset to the original shape.

I have a 2019 Model X Raven front 3D MAXpider Kagu fit perfectly and ordered the 2nd and 3rd row and those fit horribly, are not nearly as thick and don't have the same vel-cro like backing as the front. 2nd & 3rd row look like a cheap knock off and are going back. Love the fronts. Thick molded and stick like glue and they fit perfectly edge to edge front to back and side to side. The 2nd & 3rd row are slightly too big and have a bubble in the middle and they don't fit close to the edge in the 3rd row. I bought both sets from AutoAnything.com and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

I’ve had these mats 2 months before taking possession of the M3. Installed for 7 months, 38 mi/day, 5 days/wk. Another 25 on weekends. My lady and I always .....they look the same as when installed. Weekly cleaning, mostly hose and dry. No issues at this time.
Edit: I installed over the Carpet mats. No movement, no deformities, nothing.

Any reason you didn’t remove the carpet mats first?

I've had mine for a year, through one Michigan winter (but not spring as the car was in the body shop for 3 months, March-June). They are holding up great; virtually no wear after about 12k miles. I love how easy they are to clean.

I’ve had mine for 4 months, still look like new. They stay in place really well and clean up super easy. Can either take them out to hose off and shake dry (water beads off these like crazy) or if they’re not too dirty then just a quick wipe down with a wet microfibre works great.

I totally agree. Love mine. The fit it amazing -- I couldn't believe how snug they were when I put them in. They have a backing that's almost like velcro so they stay put when in place.

Honestly, the logo doesn't bug me. It's less noticeable when you put them in the car. If it bugs you that much, it's held on with two rivets -- not sure how easily it would be to remove them, but you'd then have two small holes in the bottom of your mats. The other option is to black the logo out with permanent marker. I'm not even going to bother.

I alo especially love that it covers the dead pedal. I can't imagine not having that in the rain and especially in winter.

Worth the premium price over other floor mats!

I really like the mats overall, but I must be honest I don’t love the trunk mat. It doesn’t sit quite as flat as I’d like, and the white label was placed in a really dreadful spot that rubbed me the wrong way (yes I removed it). It’s a good trunk mat, but I don’t love it.

I got the whole set including the frunk and that mat fits much better of course.

So I tried using black permanent marker and that doesn't really help at all. So then I tried removing the logo and it's totally easy. But it does leave two small holes in the mat.

Here are pictures.

I wound up putting the logo back on -- it really doesn't bug me.

Mine seems to sit totally flat. Is yours tucked all the way in? I had to press around all the sides and corners to make sure it was wdged correctly.
