This may have been posted before but I went to Annapolis Mall today and on the lower level of the Nordstrom parking garage there are (2) Tesla HPWC and (2) level 2 chargers. Of course they were all ICE'd and there were no signs I could see for EV parking. Seems kind of pointless to me to place these charges in a parking garage with no signage and no deterrents to them being blocked. Although it does appear that you could still park in front of the spaces (and block the cars in the spaces) and plug in if you are running low on juice and need a charge. Such a great effort, so it is disappointing to see the access blocked.
