I'm really frustrated by this. I got a second hand car from an auction and I can't reach the actual owner. I sent Tesla 7 seven times the documents (invoice, Id, final car registration etc) and each time after 5 days of waiting I get an automated response that the documents are not readable or not correct.
The representatives in Romania say they can't do anything and I should try again but its already more than a month and very very frustrating. I can't even use supercharger network. I can't make appointments to service. Nothing. Does anyone have an email or some contact where they actually respond (Europe based). Thank you
