This sounds very similar to my issue which I now believe to have been prompted by a charging error that resulted from a stuck supercharger - but others seemed to have similar issues with error codes thrown by Chargepoint chargers. Once I charged the car normally (on a 120 outlet no less), this issue disappeared. Note that my SC (who diagnosed by phone but not in person) never considered the charging error as the cause - they thought it might have been a software update that had been trying to download in the background.
