Don't ask for screen replacements, ask for the Infotainment Upgrade which as @DerbyDave linked to is a pre-priced package available to replace the entire MCU and instrument cluster at a very reasonable price. Just know that you lose AM/FM/XM with it unless you pay an extra $500, and even then that only lets you retain FM/XM. (XM only assuming your Model S was already equiped with it.)

Thanks tried them , as of now they say they are too busy to accept any more screen replacements.

I have the MSU 1, but is there anyway to tell which generation screen I have without out pulling out the the MCU to check the color of the ribbon cables.
