Hi Michellis ... yes, I realise, and as a new user that's fine, but the rest of us (me included) can be guilty of just jumping into a discussion without taking a breath and helpfully directing people to a pre-existing thread if there appears to be one. (Normally when you start a thread the forum should flag up what it thinks are existing relevant threads. These suggestions aren't necessarily appropriate of course.) It's worth scanning down the UK/Ireland first couple of pages in case there's a thread heading that looks helpful. The existing IO thread Wiki - Everything you wanted to know about Intelligent Octopus But Were Afraid To Ask is where the experienced IO users hang out, and where people having issues with IO ask their questions.
