Ipad Suction Cup Mount

this may sound crazy, but has anyone Mounted an IPAD in the Front seats on the tesla touchscreen with a suction cup? with something like this?

I use this device attached to pano roof. I set it over the passenger side so that it doesn't obscure my rearview too much. It works great with all ipads

That sounds like a terrible idea. Please use something like this Amazon.com: Scosche MAGDM Magnetic Dash Mount Moblie,: GPS Navigation elsewhere and not the touchscreen.

Question, has anyone tried this, on the Obeche Gloss/Piano Black Trim? I think putting it on the touchscreen is a bit silly, but next to it (on the passenger side) may work

I use the magnet mount to the left of the screen and below the vent. The adhesive is Non marking when you take it off, if you have the strength to take it off.

The idea of a suction cup or other dash mount or the like did not appeal to me. But my iPad Mini lies perfectly flat on top of the dividers in the Tesla Premium Center console. A bit of clear Velcro on the top edge of the dividers and the bottom of the iPad prevents the iPad from slipping around and you can close the top of the console and make the whole thing disappear. As I use the iPad mostly for listening to audiobooks when I travel, it's the perfect set up for me.

With the thin plate directly attached to the device both an iPhone 6 in the leather case an iPad Mini 3 with no case can withstand insane mode acceleration. The ball mount that goes on the dash was put to the right of the steering wheel giving it easy access to power and when nothing is attached the mount doesn't look ugly.

Yes, it's a two sided touch screen stylus. Keeps my greasy fingers off the touch screen and makes precision control easier while driving.

I'm looking to find a mount for my ipad air 2 on the front console. I'm using waze on the ipad.
not sure if proclip supports ipad weight and if visibility remains ok.
Another option is a passenger seat ram mount.
Are there other tesla owners that hav ipad mounts in the front?
